Someone please help me. My computer died and this is a different one but I am doing the exact same thing I have always done and the pictures are not showing up EDIT: I tried all the little buttons and when I used the BB button, it works! 52barns by farmgate, on Flickr

Glad to see you figured it out. I always recommend using the BBCode screen when posting anything that has pictures or a lot of text. And than look at it in the preveiw screen.

When I was a kid, the second house down the street was large and ordinary looking but had been converted from a barn. The idea has always fascinated me. I dont know if this one was a barn first or if they built the house to resemble a barn. Either way it appeals to me. 54barns by farmgate, on Flickr

With the very very long stairs on the left and no windows on the first floor, It looks like they put living quarters over a working barn

I drove by this house the same day as the previous picture and was struck by how similar the construction is to many barns that have wings on each side. 54barnsa by farmgate, on Flickr Notice that the side windows on the second floor are at about knee level.
