Brewswane, I've been off the site for a while but today I caught up on all of your pictures today. You are without a doubt the old barn hunter. I share the desire to save or at least to admire the old barns and how they were constructed. One thing I have noticed over the years is that the barns all have the look of a utilitarian construction and in many ways, that's very appealing. I think this utilitarian concept is also the reason they become run down. As there usefulness dwindles away, so does the desire to maintain them. This is sad in so many ways but I guess it's all part of the change and nobody likes change. Keep up the quest for more photos.
