Those are great looking buildings. You take some mean photographs. The ones with the snow falling and the bike in front of the doors are particularly cool.

Thanks Bull, Photography is my profession so I hope my shots are at least interesting . lol
I will look for photos of the Chicken coup too. Its not real special but I turned it into a gardening shed for the better half and she is happy.

Nice big old barn, would love to see the chicken coop too. Here is the outside of it when we first moved there. Its not as cool as the other buildings. (yet). I did convert the inside to a Garden Shed . A lot more flowers and plants around it now too.

Nice looking little shed... they all can't be as big as the first one.

BSAschields: Great barn. Love winter shots. They just seem to make things stand out. Pretty rare to see an open bay on the bottom like yours. Not done to much around here. I'd be a pretty proud chicken if I live in your little house!

Not sure what decade this old photo was taken but its our farm. 40's maybe? Last weekend a gentleman and his wife stopped by the house and shared this photo with us. He is 70 now but grew up in our house till he was about 15. There are a lot less buildings now but some of our trees are saplings in this photo. This is a close up of the above photo. I could not see it with a magnifying glass but a 600 dpi scan revealed a wagon or tractor or really old truck or something. Doesn't really help me date the photo but how cool is that? The building is the same one that I rebuilt in this album.

Got an estimate on have 6 inch half round spouting and down spouting on the big barn. Barn is 52 ft in length on each side... So 104 ft plus down spouting , 2650 was the quote. Anyone have any experience with the costs of this? Is that a fair estimate??
Thanks Wade

Sounds like the gutters would be aluminum. I did ours with galvanized steel. Bought it all off the inernet. The barn is 32 feet. Plus I did 4 inch downspouts. Under $1000.00. A lot of the cost was for shipping. Easy to install but not easy to get it all on site. Hope this helps.
